Why Sex? |

Ever
thought of why there is sex? Why two different genders must exchange
DNA in order to reproduce? Why can't all organisms simply reproduce
asexually without exchanging DNA? There is an enormous expenditure of
energy in this process. One would think that it could be put to use in
another area. There must be some great benefit in combining and mixing
the DNA from two different individuals. There are several ideas as to the value of sex: more to come
